We thoroughly clean and prepare the surface in a way appropriate for the surface. Neutralize rust where appropriate and fluid apply a elastomeric waterproof membrane taking care with landscaping, windows and other outdoor equipment.

Repairs, Safety lines, Skylights and Walkways

We do repairs as part of your installation of a fluid applied roof but we will also provide repairs to any uncoated portions as many large facilities coat their roofs in phases. We can add safety lines and walkways to your roof to meet requirements for safety laws and/or your safety plan.
